ASEAN Microbial Database (AmiBase). AnMicro, in collaboration with the ASEAN Centre for Biodiversity (ACB) established ASEAN Microbial Database with funding from the ASEAN Science and Technology Innovation Fund. The project enables each ASEAN country to develop its microbial data holdings in the same format and integrate into an ASEAN Microbial Database. The database has potential to significantly enhance the utilisation study and subsequently accelerate discoveries and innovations to underpin the development of bioeconomy. The database is now maintained by ASEAN Centre on Microbial Utilisation and available for public access.
